I've lost my FRO and/or LOI. Can I re-print it?

You can re-print your FRO and/or LOI from "Manage Medical Matters" for your upcoming appointment. You may do so via the "Tasks and appointments" tab. Locate the appointment under "Upcoming appointments" and click on the download button to view and print the FRO and/or LOI.
