You can log in to apply for an Exit Permit. Disruption will be granted upon approval of your application for an Exit Permit.

If your scheduled NS call-up falls within your Exit Permit application period, you are required to log in to access ICT and Manning to seek approval for deferment. You will only be allowed to apply for an Exit Permit if your deferment request is approved.
