I'm encountering difficulties when trying to use my credits in the OneNS Wallet for payment at a specific merchant. What steps can I take to address this issue?
Firstly, check with the merchant to confirm whether they are using a PayNow QR code linked to a personal phone number rather than their company UEN number. In such cases, OneNS Wallet cannot be used for credit payments.
If the merchant is employing a PayNow UEN QR code or a NETS QR code, and you're still unable to utilise your credits, please contact us at contact@ns.gov.sg.
Kindly provide the following details in your email:
- Name
- Contact Number
- Description of problem faced
- Merchant Name
- Merchant Address
- Date and time of transaction
- Screenshot of error faced (if any)
- Device model (if any)
