Why did I receive an SAF 264 even after I have been posted to MINDEF Reserve (MR)?

The offence of failure to attempt Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)/ complete mandatory NS FIT was committed before you were officially posted to MR. NSmen will only officially MR on 1 April of each year (e.g. if NSman receives MR certificate on 1 July 2021, he will only officially MR on 1 April 2022. Therefore, you are still required to report for your Summary Trial for your offence.
