What happens if I do not pay my composition amount within the stipulated period?

If you accept the offer, you must pay the composition amount before the deadline on the Notice of Composition sent to you. If you fail to pay your composition amount on time, the offer of composition will expire, and you will receive an SAF264 notifying you to report for Summary Trial.
