Why can't I see the payment page after selecting the bank for payment?

This happens when you have a Pop-up Blocker. You will have to add the following URLs in your list of allowed sites in the Pop-up Blocker settings.

Otherwise, the relevant transaction pages may not be displayed or your transaction request may not be completed.

www.ocbc.com (for OCBC Account Holders)

www.sc.com/sg (for Standard Chartered Account Holders)

For assurance of the completeness of your transaction, we strongly advise that you disable the Pop-up Blocker.
