MINDEF Payment Services (MIPS) is an OneNS online service which allows you to make electronic payments to MINDEF using Credit/Debit Cards (VISA/MasterCard), Internet Banking portals (DBS/POSB, UOB, OCBC or Standard Chartered) or eNETS QR through PayFlow Online (www.payflow.gov.sg).
