What should I do if I had received a suspected spoofed SMS/ email from MINDEF/SAF?

Stay Calm. Do NOT click on any clickable links or open any attachments. Do NOT reply to the sender of SMS/email. Never provide any personal credentials such as login ID or password. MINDEF/SAF will never ask you to reveal your password/OTP or ask for bank account details. You may email NS Contact Centre (NSCC) at contact@ns.gov.sg to report the suspected spoof SMS/emails, with a sample (screenshot) of the SMS/email for verification purposes. Alternatively, you may call the NSCC hotline (1800-3676767.
