If the credits in my e-wallets are not sufficient for my transactions, can I top-up the e-wallet using my own funds?

No, you cannot top-up the credit balance in the 'Your Benefits' section of the LifeSG mobile application. For purchases of amounts above your credit balance, you may choose to pay the difference using other payment modes that the merchants accept (e.g. cash, debit/credit cards.
