I am a national serviceman who was medically/disciplinarily discharged from full-time NS. Am I eligible?

Ex-NSFs and NSmen who were discharged from full-time NS or ORNS on medical grounds are eligible for the NS LifeSG Credits. Those who were discharged for disciplinary reasons are not.
