Why are there no floodlights at the football field which would be good for night training?

The football field at CMPB is open from 8am to 6pm (daily. As the lighting conditions are not conducive for outdoor play after sunset, it is not available for use in the evening. (Note: There will be no stadium lighting/floodlights at the football field, due to the proximity to residential developments.)
