How do I request for an exchange for an item I bought at an eMart outlet?

You can only make exchanges for sizing or defective items. You should make the exchange request within 7 working days of buying the items. The exchange request should be made in-person at any eMart outlet, and you should present the eMart receipt. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
