I received a new Service Injury Card

A new Service Injury Card was issued to you as there was a change of diagnosis to your service injury. If you have recently attended a medical review/board, MINDEF would have been informed of the change through a memo/report from your Specialist. The new SI card, which reflects the current diagnosis, will allow you to seek fully subsidised treatment for the latest diagnosis at government restructured hospitals, polyclinics and community hospitals.The previous SI card issued to you will be invalidated and you may discard it.
