Updated by MINDEF You may be required to undergo a medical review if there is a change in the diagnosis of your service injury. In addition, if your Specialist assessed that you have suffered additional degree of permanent disability as a result of your service injury, please submit a memo from your Specialist to MINDEF/SAF HR Shared Services Centre (HRSSC. If a medical review is required, you will be informed of the outcome. Any cost incurred for obtaining of medical report from the hospital will not be reimbursed by MINDEF.Please contact HRSSC at DisabilityMgt@defence.gov.sg if you require further assistance. Contact us
