I received a letter from MINDEF/SAF HRSSC on the verification of my medical bill. What do I have to do?
The copy of the letter was extended to you to keep you informed of the status of your reimbursement claim with the hospital. Hence, no action is required from you. The letter is addressed to the hospital for verification of your medical bills for your service injury. The hospital will need some time to verify the medical bills. You will receive the outcome via a letter from MINDEF/SAF HR Shared Services Centre (HRSSC) within 10 working days after the hospitals returns with the verification.
