Why am I unable to enter special characters like colon (:) or semi-colon (;) in the Leave and Claims eService remarks field?

Only numbers, alphabets, full-stops, commas, and question marks are allowed. All other special characters are restricted unless explicitly permitted. All requests will have to be cleared by Military Security Department (MSD).
