What if I am unable to find my dependent in the dropdown list when trying to submit a medical claim for them?
If you have newly welcomed a dependent, do ensure that the dependent's relevant benefits and data has been updated in your E-HR. In the event that your spouse works in the public / civil service, kindly check if your dependent is tagged to your spouse's medical/dental benefits. If they are, you will not be able to claim on their behalf.
