How long does it take for my transport/medical claims to be processed?

It will generally take about two weeks for your claim to be credited to your bank account, provided it does not require further administrative checks or approval. If your claim has been held by the administrator for verification checks for more than 10 working days, kindly approach Salary Services Centre (SSC) at Personal_Claims_Enquiry@defence.gov.sg for further clarification.
