Who is NS FIT meant for?
You are eligible for NS FIT if you are required to take Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) (PES A/ B/ B1/ B2/ C1 Status. If you are unable to pass your IPPT, you can opt to participate in NS FIT anytime within your IPPT window. If you have not attempted your IPPT, you can also opt to participate in the 10-session NS FIT within your IPPT window.
