Where can I participate in NS FIT sessions?

You can participate in FIT@FCCs, FIT@Park, FIT@HPB Quick HIIT and FIT@Home. You can view the different programmes offered at the various training locations and book the sessions via OneNS IPPT/NS Fit eService. Based on the sessions available, you can choose the types of programme that are best suited to your fitness levels and requirements.  Your families and friends can join the same FIT@HPB Quick HIIT session organised by HPB by booking via HPB's Healthy 365 mobile app.
