If you are eligible for Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) and are unable to achieve at least a pass in your IPPT, you can opt to participate in the 10-session NS FIT programme. As part of the programme, you will need to complete 10 sessions of NS FIT (which includes one IPPT attempt) to fulfil your annual fitness requirements.  You can also fulfil your NS FIT requirements earlier by passing your IPPT at any time during your NS FIT.
