What do I do if I attended FIT@Home, but my attendance is not captured?
Your attendance will be reflected on OneNS within 3 to 5 working days. After 5 days, if you still don't see your attendance captured on OneNS, please contact NS Contact Centre at 1800-367 6767 (+65 6567 6767 from overseas) or email contact@ns.gov.sg.
