What is FIT@Home?

A virtual NS FIT programme, FIT@Home, is introduced to make it more convenient for NSmen to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle and remain operationally ready. This complements the NS FIT programme launched in Apr 2021, with an additional virtual programme available for NSmen to sign up for.
