Why is it not possible to offset my composition amount with the NS HOME cash component?

You have committed an offence under the SAF Act and are required to pay a composition amount. The NS HOME award is a separate NS recognition benefit which will only be disbursed to you after you have resolved any outstanding composition amount or fines for your IPPT default offence.
