The NS HOusing, Medical and Education (HOME) Awards serves to recognise the efforts of Singaporean NSmen and support them in education, housing and healthcare. The awards are paid out to national servicemen at three different milestones of their NS journey. National Servicemen will receive a monetary award of between $5,500 - $6,500 at each of the three NS milestones. The three NS milestones are:

1) Completion of full-time NS,

2) Mid-point of ORNS training cycle, and

3) End of the ORNS training cycle.
