If you object to MINDEF's disclosure of personal particulars to DBS or do not wish to accept PayNow's terms and conditions of use, you are required to de-link their PayNow account from their NRIC number. With this, payment will be made directly to the bank account registered to your profile on the OneNS Portal instead.
