For unsuccessful PayNow transactions, how long would it take for my IPPT incentive award to be paid to my bank account?

For unsuccessful PayNow transactions, your IPPT incentive award will be paid as per the existing payment process. You will receive your IPPT incentive award within 10 working days after the completion of your IPPT.
