I am a Full-time National Serviceman (NSF)/I am a Regular serviceman. Can I opt to receive my IPPT incentive award via PayNow?

PayNow for IPPT Incentive Awards is currently for NSmen only. NSFs and Regulars receive their IPPT Incentive Awards with their monthly salaries.
