You can book an Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) session 3 months in advance, even if you have not completed your SAF Health Screening Programme. However, if you have not completed the SAF Health Screening Programme before the scheduled test date, you will not be allowed to take the test.    If you are 35 years old and above, please book your IPPT / NS FIT after you clear your HSP requirements.
