What are the safety precautions that I should take note of on the day of my scheduled Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) session?

1. Make sure that you have at least 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep the night before the Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT).

2. Drink as much plain water as you comfortably can, preferably beyond the point of thirst, 2 hours before you sleep on the night before IPPT, and not earlier than half an hour before the test.

3. Avoid having a meal within one hour of the test.

4. Please do not attempt IPPT if you have a valid medical certificate for the last three days before the day of the test.
