Partial failure occurs when an NSman attains at least 51 out of 100 points, but does not achieve the passing requirement (at least 1 point) for either of the static stations. NSmen will need to take a partial retest within 90 days or before the end of their IPPT window (whichever is earlier. There will be no monetary incentives for partial retest.
