What happens if I need to be overseas for work/academic commitment and did not attempt Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)?

If you are overseas for:

- Less than 12 months: You are still required to take Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT), failing which you will be deemed as a defaulter.

- 12 months or more: You will have to apply for an Exit Permit on OneNS.

Once approved, your disruption from NS will be processed and you do not have to take your IPPT for the window in which you are disrupted.
