I can pass my Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT), but missed taking it in my last IPPT window. Can I take and pass my IPPT in my current IPPT window without taking the mandatory NS Fitness Improvement Training (FIT)?

If you were liable for Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT)  and did not take it during your last IPPT Window without being exempted, you are considered a defaulter. You will need to complete the 10-session NS FIT programme (inclusive of one IPPT attempt) in your next window. If you pass your IPPT at any point within your IPPT window, you will have fulfilled your annual fitness requirements and will not need to complete the remaining mandatory NS FIT sessions.
