Under the Enlistment Act, you are required to report and undergo Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) activities (if eligible), including NS FIT if required, every year until you are posted to the MINDEF Reserve or until age 40 and 45 years old for WOSEs and Officers respectively. The onus is on you to complete your annual fitness requirements.

However, an SMS would be sent to you if you have not booked or attempted the IPPT 4 months into your IPPT window, and another SMS would be sent to you if you have yet to pass your IPPT 9 months into your IPPT window. The SMS will be sent to your mobile number registered on OneNS under 'Update My Profile'.
