For Pre-enlistee You may book the test via the PE IPPT eService through your OneNS dashboard. You may book the test latest by Tuesday, before 12pm in order to take the test at Toa Payoh Stadium the following day. You can check out the last day to attempt your pre-enlistee IPPT on the CMPB website. For NSman Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) / NS FIT can be booked up to 3 months in advance. You can book an IPPT/ NS FIT session by logging in to OneNS and access 'IPPT/NS FIT eService. Booking for morning and afternoon sessions close by 0000hrs, and evening sessions close by 1200hrs on the test date.
