Can I take Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) while I have an exit permit?

From 1 April 2023, only NSmen who travel overseas for 12 months or more are required to apply for an Exit Permit. Once approved, your disruption from NS will be processed and you do not have to take your IPPT for the window in which you are disrupted.
