All eligible NSmen must attempt and pass at least one Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) within their 12-month IPPT window. NSmen who attempt and pass their IPPT during In-Camp Training (ICT) are considered to have fulfilled the annual IPPT requirement for the 12-month IPPT window.
