Updated by MINDEF The 3-stations IPPT comprises of the following stations:1. Push-up2. Sit-up3. 2.4km RunParticipants are required to attempt the static stations (Push Up or Sit Up) first before they can attempt the 2.4km run.The maximum total points attainable for the new 3-station IPPT will be 100. Fifty (50) points will be allocated to the 2.4km run station, and 25 points each will be allocated to the push-up and sit-up stations, respectively.
