The Medical Certificate (MC) that your doctor issues to you is recognised as a valid medical excuse. However, you can only be exempted from the annual Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) requirement if you have 6 months continuous or 9 months cumulative medical exemption within the IPPT window. You are advised to book a medical review via 'Manage Medical (eHealth)' on OneNS to get your medical excuse endorsed by your unit Medical Officer.
