How can I get a copy of my SAF100 letter if I am unable to login to OneNS?

If NSmen are unable to login into OneNS due to issues pertaining to Singpass account, please contact Singpass for assistance. If NSmen are unable to view their SAF100 or apply for deferment due to OneNS issues, please email contact@ns.gov.sg for assistance.
