Why am I still being called up even after I have been posted to MINDEF Reserve (MR)?

In general, NSmen are deemed to have completed their Operationally Ready National Service (ORNS) training cycle when they complete 10 active ORNS years and at least 7 High Key (HK) for their In-Camp Training (ICT), and will be phased into the MINDEF Reserve (MR. These NSmen will continue to be liable for ORNS up to the statutory age of 50 for Officers and 40 for non-officers.
