NSmen can submit their supporting documents to ICTdefer@defence.gov.sgICTdefer@defence.gov.sg. Upon submission, NSmen will receive an Auto Reply email to acknowledge the receipt of the supporting documents. Please indicate your full name as indicated in your IC/Passport, NRIC No. as well as ICT period that you are requesting for deferment for easier backtracking of applications.
