What are the criteria or conditions for deferment?
In general, deferment may be considered under the following circumstances:
1. New Employment
2. Newly Established Business
3. Examinations
4. Marriage / Honeymoon
5. Wife's Delivery
6. Serious Illness of Next-Of-Kin (NOK)
7. Simultaneous call-up of 2 or more NSmen who are employed in the same capacity in the same department
8. National Representation in Regional / International Games
9. Employer Sponsored Training Other circumstances that are not listed will be subjected to approval on case-by-case basis and exigencies.
