I am unable to apply for NS deferment as it keeps asking me to update my personal information.

NSmen are required to update their personal contact details (i.e. mobile number and email address) before they can apply for deferment. This is to facilitate subsequent correspondence with NSmen throughout the deferment application process and to notify them of the outcome of their deferment request.
