How do I withdraw my deferment application?

NSmen who wish to withdraw their deferment applications may do so via ICT and Manning eService. If an approved deferment request cannot be withdrawn before the start of ICT, the NSman may continue to report for ICT. NSmen who wish to re-apply for deferment after withdrawing their initial deferment application may do so after 24 hours from the time of withdrawal.
