Can I go overseas during my In-Camp Training (ICT)?
NSmen who need to travel overseas during their ICT period will need to submit a deferment request and supporting documents through ICT and Manning on OneNS. NSmen can only travel overseas after their deferment request has been approved. If the NSmen's ICT period has already commenced, they must seek their Commanding Officers' approval.
