Can I apply for deferment if I am undergoing part-time studies?

In general, only servicemen undergoing full-time studies are considered for deferment. If you have genuine difficulty in attending the ICT (e.g. examinations), you can also submit a deferment application, which will be assessed on a case by case basis.
