Who is responsible for the monitoring of a serviceman with temporary medical fitness status?

It is the responsibility of the serviceman and the unit HR entities to keep track of the temporary Physical Employment Standard (PES) status and their expiry date. They are also responsible for scheduling for a timely review at an SAF medical centre prior to expiry of the temporary PES grade.
