Updated by MINDEF Any serviceman with illness or disability which may lead to temporary Physical Employment Standard (PES) grade for less than 12 weeks (3 months) in duration does not need to be reviewed at a Medical Board. This is provided the serviceman can continue in his work albeit in a restricted capacity. A medical certificate specifying his disability or limited deployment shall be issued. Contact us
