Please make an appointment with the medical centre through the SAF eHealth portal https://www.safhealth.gov.sg or through your Unit's Personnel Admin Centre.    You can start the health screening process for the specified age from 3 months before your birthday for that age.  While the Health Screening Programme (HSP) process is underway, the SAF Medical Officer may issue the serviceman with appropriate short-term medical excuses if necessary.
